Returns - Approved Exchanges
- We will tell you via email if the request for an exchange has been approved.
- You are required to include a copy of the email for our reference, and provide the order number.
- We will give you an Exchange Authorization code to write on the box.
- You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item.
- It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the items reach Cat Faeries in a new, un-used, un-opened, un-damaged, and re-sellable condition. Cat Faeries will determine if the items are in new, un-used, un-opened, un-damaged and re-sellable condition upon receipt. We recommend careful wrapping and packing of the item in a box.
- If we receive a product back and it is not in new, un-used, un-opened, un-damaged, and re-sellable condition Cat Faeries cannot accept the exchange. We will contact you and inquire what you wish us to do with the item - if you want it sent back to you shipping charges will apply. If you do not respond to our email we will wait 30 days then donate the items to a cat shelter.
- In the case of an approved exchange there will be a 20% restocking fee. We will also charge you for shipping again
- If there was a free gift included in the your order this is the policy: 1) If it's something which was not opened you must return it. If you do not we will charge you for it. 2) If it was a cat toy we CANNOT take them back and we will charge you the current price for cat toys.
