Fleas & Other Pesky Things
There are people who have their reasons for not wanting to use topical products like Frontline and Advantage for flea control on their cats. So for you, we have a very effective, but chemical free, spray which can be used on the cat or dog. We love it for use on carpeting, furniture, bedding, in closets and elsewhere in the house or basement.
De Flea will kill anything with an exoskeleton, therefore our most disliked creepy crawlies don’t stand a chance!
What’s an exoskeleton? Its an insect’s external skeleton, or exoskeleton, which is made of semirigid plates and tubes. These plates are made of a plastic-like material called chitin along with a tough protein. A waterproof wax covers the plates and prevents the insect’s internal tissues from drying out. This "armor" makes it hard to kill them - spiders especially - which is why people often resort to toxic chemicals. Lucky for us, we now have something natural and completely non toxic!.
- Fleas - gone baby gone!
- Ants - one squirt kills them lightening fast!
- Spiders - we found that a few squirts is often what’s needed, especially on those big yuckie ones!
- Bed Bugs - yes friends, they are back, and not just in crowded urban areas. They’ve been reported on hotel beds nationwide. So this product is very useful to people who travel.
When you order De Flea spray from Cat Faeries you’ll receive a handout with tips for usage. Please read it before you use the product.

Before bathing your cat use your FURminator to remove excess fur. This will make bathing time faster and easier for both you and the cat! Bathe the cat on a warm day or in a warm room free of draughts. The water temperature should be suitable for an infant. Always rinse the cat thoroughly (especially in the face area) after bathing so that no shampoo remains in the fur. Gently towel dry the cat in a warm environment. When cat is half dry use your FURminator again to complete the grooming.
