When you place an order with Cat Faeries you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions, and you also agreed that you will pay for the items and will keep them. You have also agreed that you are the legal card holder. We are not responsible for persons who claim their card was used without the permission - we expect you to guard your credit card and use it wisely.
If you email asking us to cancel your order, and if the order has not been shipped, we will consider canceling it. In the event we agree to cancel the order there is a cancellation fee: Order under $100: $8 of the grand total, orders over $100: 10% of the grand total. These fees will be deducted when we issue the credit back to the card you used for the purchase.
If you cancel the order and it has already shipped you are responsible for getting the order back to us in the pristine condition Cat Faeries describes in Exchanges or else the offer is null and void. A 20% restocking fee for the items will apply. Shipping is not refunded.
Any email correspondence regarding canceling orders MUST include the order number and be written in a clear, articulate manner - without hostility. Failure to do so will result in Cat Faeries refusing to cancel the order.
